1. 14-day refund
If Workmask Pro does not work as described, email rivolt2022@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle transaction ID for a full refund review.
2. After activation
If you activated the license and used Pro features, we may still review a refund within 14 days with a reasonable explanation. After 14 days, sales are generally final.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method and may take several business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact rivolt2022@gmail.com before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
